Leonid Varpahovsky
Leonid has 25 years of experience in corporate finance. Before founding Ducat Capital he was head of Investment Banking & Capital Markets in CEE, Israel and Central Asia and was member of the European investment banking committee at Credit Suisse. Leonid started his career at Morgan Stanley in London.
Leonid has advised on over 100 successful corporate finance transactions including mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, joint ventures as well as equity and debt financings. Leonid led 10 IPOs over the past 5 years on Nasdaq and LSE across multiple sectors with focus on technology.
Leonid holds MSc from London School of Economics and BCom from McGill University in Canada. He speaks English, Polish, Russian, French and Spanish.
